Cookie Policy
Which cookies we set, what they do, and how to change your mind.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We use them only for keeping you signed in and remembering UI choices — we set no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless (see section 3). This page describes every cookie cuff.fun sets, why, and how long it lasts. Our overall data practices are in the Privacy Policy.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies make the site work. Without them, you can't sign in or use most pages. We don't need your consent to set them, but we still tell you about them.
- cuff_session
- HMAC-signed authentication cookie set after sign-in. Lifetime: session, refreshed as you use the site.
- cuff_age_ok
- Records that you confirmed you are 18+. Lifetime: 2 years.
- cuff_tos_v
- Records the version of Terms you most recently accepted. Lifetime: 2 years.
- cuff_risk_ack
- Records that you've seen the pre-trade risk warning. Lifetime: 2 years.
- cuff_tb_dismissed
- Remembers that you dismissed the testnet banner. Lifetime: 1 year.
- board_sort, board_view_v2
- Remembers your last sort/view choice on the board so the page loads how you left it. Lifetime: 6 months.
- Privy session cookies
- Set by our authentication provider Privy on its own domain to keep your wallet session active. Lifetime: variable, set by Privy.
3. Analytics (no cookies)
We use Vercel Analytics to measure pageviews and aggregate funnel events, so we can see which features are useful and where users get stuck. Vercel Analytics is cookieless: it sets no cookies and stores no identifier in your browser, so there's nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. We do not use these signals for advertising and we do not share them with advertisers.
- Vercel Analytics
- Aggregated, IP-truncated, cookieless event collection. No data stored on your device.
4. Local storage and similar technologies
We use the browser's localStorage for a few non-tracking conveniences:
sidebar— remembers whether the sidebar is collapsed.- Wallet-provider state set by your wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, etc.) — not controlled by us.
5. Managing your preferences
We only set strictly-necessary and functional cookies, so there is no consent banner to manage. If you still want to clear or limit them you can:
- block or delete cookies through your browser's settings;
- use private / incognito browsing to prevent cookies persisting between sessions.
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and other parts of the site.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever we add or remove a cookie. The list above is intended to be exhaustive — if you spot one we've missed, please let us know.
